Terms & agreements.

This Terms & Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between EYDMV (“Management”) and the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”). By signing, Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions for participation as a vendor in the EYDMV store.

1. Commitment Term

Vendor agrees to a minimum 90-day commitment from the start date listed in this Agreement.

Early termination prior to the end of the commitment period may result in forfeiture of any prepaid rent, fees, or deposits.

2. Setup & Fees

A $250 non-refundable setup fee is due prior to move-in.

A $45 monthly utility fee will be added to each month’s rent.

Vendors must attend an onboarding training course with Management which is held on the last Sunday of each month.

3. Rent & Payment Terms

Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Payments not received by the 5th of the month will incur a 12% late fee.

If rent is not paid within 15 days of the due date, Management reserves the right to suspend Vendor’s selling privileges, remove Vendor’s merchandise, and/or terminate this Agreement.

Non-payment or repeated late payments may result in permanent removal from EYDMV.

4. Move-Out Policy

Vendor must provide 30 days written notice prior to move-out.

Failure to give proper notice will result in forfeiture of the last month’s rent and removal privileges until outstanding balances are paid.

5. Space Assignment & Floor Planning

Management reserves the right to adjust floor plans, relocate vendor spaces, or modify layouts for operational efficiency, events, or other store needs.

Vendor agrees to be flexible and accommodate reasonable space changes.

6. Presence Requirements

Vendor must be physically present in the store at least once per week and one weekend per month.

7. Merchandise & Pricing

All products must have clearly visible price tags.

Management reserves the right to remove unmarked items from the sales floor.

8. Cleanliness & Maintenance

Vendor must keep their space clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Common areas must be respected and left in good condition.

9. Communication

Vendor must communicate with Management through approved channels only (email, vendor group chat, or other designated platform).

Failure to respond to official communication within a reasonable time may result in missed opportunities, schedule changes, or other operational impacts.

10. Termination

Management reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if:

  • Vendor fails to comply with payment deadlines.

  • Vendor violates store policies, causes disruption, or fails to maintain space.

  • Vendor engages in conduct detrimental to EYDMV’s reputation or operations.

11. Acknowledgement

By clicking the box on the application, Vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms in this Agreement.
