The Vendor Voice Advertising Terms & Agreements
By purchasing advertising space in The Vendor Voice Magazine (“Publication”), you (“Advertiser”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ad Placement & Publication
Ad placements are assigned based on availability and are not guaranteed for specific pages or locations unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Vendor Voice reserves the right to adjust ad placement, size, or layout as necessary to maintain design integrity.
2. Ad Content & Submission
All ad materials must be submitted by the specified deadline listed on the purchase page or in communications from The Vendor Voice.
Ad files must meet the specified file requirements (JPEG, PNG, or PDF; 300 DPI; CMYK color mode).
If you request custom design services, all content (logos, copy, images) must be provided by you before the design process begins.
3. Editorial Discretion
The Vendor Voice reserves the right to refuse, reject, or request revisions to any ad content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or non-compliant with our publication standards.
4. Accuracy & Approval
Advertisers are responsible for reviewing and approving their ad before publication.
The Vendor Voice is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the final printed or digital ad that were not corrected by the advertiser before approval.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of booking ad space.
Ads will not be placed until payment is received in full.
6. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for ad placements, missed deadlines, or unused space once payment has been processed.
If an advertiser fails to submit ad materials by the deadline, The Vendor Voice may:
Use a previously submitted ad (if available), or
Place a “Business Coming Soon” or equivalent placeholder ad, with no refund issued.
7. Publication Schedule
Ad placements are for the specified issue(s) only.
Publication dates are subject to change; however, purchased ad space will be honored in the next available issue if changes occur.
8. Digital & Social Media Promotion
Ads may be featured on The Vendor Voice social media platforms and website as part of the promotional package.
Exact placement, timing, and promotion frequency on digital platforms are at the discretion of The Vendor Voice.
9. Liability
Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their ads, including images, trademarks, logos, and text.
The advertiser warrants that all ad content is legally owned or properly licensed and indemnifies The Vendor Voice from any claims or damages arising from content provided by the advertiser.
10. Agreement
By purchasing ad space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Agreements, including the no-refund policy.
